Product Description

Wing Arcs 3D Cement Wall Tile for Feature Wall — a 16 mm relief tile in 100 × 400 mm modules, 25 pcs/m² coverage, 25 kg/m² installed. Cast in reinforced fine composite concrete and rated for interior and exterior walls, it ships factory-direct in 24 standard colours, with custom colour casting in 100+ chart shades (RAL / Pantone matching for trade projects). Free samples available.

Wings sweeps long arcs across a 100 × 400 mm plank, so a feature wall looks like overlapping feathers moving through the air. The 16 mm relief is cut as a continuous curve rather than a repeated stamp, which means the wall gains length and direction instead of symmetry. Twenty-five planks per square metre keep the arc lengths generous.

Design & Applications

Because the arc never reaches the module edge in the same place twice, the sweeping wing arcs read differently as you walk past, and a horizontal installation makes the motion feel like glide. Vertically, the same tile lifts a double-height wall. Feature walls benefit most, especially where a client wants sculpture without a recognisable motif, and the shallower Feather Relief 3D wall tile for living room pairs with it when a wall must stay quieter at one end.

Finishes & Ordering

Wing Arcs is produced in 24 standard colours, so the same arc can be a pale bone-white or a dense graphite. All planks are manufactured factory-direct to order and supplied by the square metre, which keeps long walls on one production batch. Ask for a sample plank and we will send it with a photograph of the arc pattern laid horizontally.

Custom Colours – Any Shade from Our Colour Chart

Every LANDERY MOSAIC design can be custom-cast in 100+ colours from our studio colour chart: warm neutrals, beige and terracotta (KT series), cool greys (KB), brick reds (KR), ochre yellows (KY), dusty and saturated blues (KS / KA), sage greens (KG), taupe browns (KZ) and burnt oranges (KO). For architects, interior designers and shopfitting teams we offer custom colour matching – send a RAL, Pantone or NCS reference (or a physical sample) and we will cast the Wing Arcs relief in your project colour. Made-to-order production keeps the same reinforced fine composite concrete body and the same relief depth in every shade, so a bespoke colour never compromises the tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Wing Arcs tiles and how many do I need per square metre?

Each tile in the Wing Arcs 3D Cement Wall Tile range measures 100 × 400 mm and stands 16 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 25 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 250 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.

How heavy is Wing Arcs once it is on the wall?

One Wing Arcs tile weighs 1 kg and a finished square metre weighs 25 kg. That sits in the medium range: use a cement-based adhesive rated for the load and make sure the substrate is flat and firmly bonded, with any hollow plaster removed first.

Can Wing Arcs be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?

The Wing Arcs 3D Cement Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

What colours does Wing Arcs come in, and can I order a sample first?

The Wing Arcs 3D Cement Wall Tile is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Need a shade that is not on the list? See the Custom Colours section above – this design can be cast in 100+ chart shades or matched to your own reference.

Can I order Wing Arcs in a custom colour?

Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Wing Arcs 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). For trade and project orders we also do custom color matching to RAL, Pantone or NCS codes – tell us the shade and quantity and we will confirm lead time and arrange a sample in that colour.

How is Wing Arcs installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?

Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate. The 16 mm relief is shallow enough to cut with a diamond blade and fit around sockets and openings, but set out a dry run first so the pattern lines up from the datum line.
