Shipping Options & Delivery Times
At 3D Mosaic, we partner with trusted carriers to deliver your mosaic tiles safely across the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $99. Flat rate of $9.99 for orders under $99.
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for select products. Contact us before ordering for availability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight, dimensions, and destination zip code. You can view your exact shipping rate at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime through our Track Order page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states).
- Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping: please contact us for a custom quote.
- P.O. Box addresses may experience extended delivery times.
- Oversized or heavy bulk orders may require freight shipping — we’ll notify you if this applies to your order.
Damaged Shipments
While we take every precaution to package your mosaic tiles securely, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- Document any damage with clear photos of the box, packaging, and damaged items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@3dmosaic.net.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund — no return shipping required for damaged goods.
