Refund & Return Policy
At LANDERY MOSAIC, many of our products are made-to-order or support color customization. Because these items are customized to customer requirements, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
We do accept claims for the following situations:
- The item arrives damaged in transit
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a clear manufacturing defect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, repair, or partial/full refund where appropriate.
For non-custom standard products, return eligibility is subject to approval and the product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
