Product Description

Feather Relief 3D Cement Wall Tile for Living Room — a 15 mm relief tile in 133 × 300 mm modules, 48 pcs/m² coverage, 30.2 kg/m² installed. Cast in reinforced fine composite concrete and rated for interior and exterior walls, it ships factory-direct in 24 standard colours, with custom colour casting in 100+ chart shades (RAL / Pantone matching for trade projects). Free samples available.

A feather lies across each 133 × 300 mm module, its quill running almost end to end and its barbs opening into a shallow 15 mm relief. The carving is light enough that a whole wall reads as one soft, brushed surface, and the diagonal quill line gives an otherwise still field a sense of direction. Feather Relief is the piece to choose when a living room needs texture that never turns into pattern.

Design & Applications

Forty-eight tiles per square metre keep the scale domestic, and because the quill line repeats on a diagonal, running bond and stacked bond produce visibly different readings from the same mould. This feather-shaped light relief is often specified for media walls and fireplace alcoves, where its shallow depth leaves room for shelves and cabinetry. Where a project needs the motif to grow, designers step up to the Wing Arcs 3D wall tile for feature wall and let the two reliefs share a wall.

Finishes & Ordering

Feather Relief is available in 24 standard colours, from off-white plaster tones to warm greys and deep mineral shades. The tiles are made factory-direct in our UHPC workshop and supplied by the square metre, so a full living room can be colour-matched in one run. Request a sample and we will include two colours so you can compare the carving under day and evening light.

Custom Colours – Any Shade from Our Colour Chart

Every LANDERY MOSAIC design can be custom-cast in 100+ colours from our studio colour chart: warm neutrals, beige and terracotta (KT series), cool greys (KB), brick reds (KR), ochre yellows (KY), dusty and saturated blues (KS / KA), sage greens (KG), taupe browns (KZ) and burnt oranges (KO). For architects, interior designers and shopfitting teams we offer custom colour matching – send a RAL, Pantone or NCS reference (or a physical sample) and we will cast the Feather Relief relief in your project colour. Made-to-order production keeps the same reinforced fine composite concrete body and the same relief depth in every shade, so a bespoke colour never compromises the tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Feather Relief tiles and how many do I need per square metre?

Each tile in the Feather Relief 3D Cement Wall Tile range measures 133 × 300 mm and stands 15 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 48 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 480 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.

How heavy is Feather Relief once it is on the wall?

One Feather Relief tile weighs 0.63 kg and a finished square metre weighs 30.2 kg. At this weight the wall has to be sound and mechanically fixed — on stud partitions add bracing or a tile backer board before fixing, and check the substrate before ordering.

Can Feather Relief be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?

The Feather Relief 3D Cement Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

What colours does Feather Relief come in, and can I order a sample first?

The Feather Relief 3D Cement Wall Tile is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Need a shade that is not on the list? See the Custom Colours section above – this design can be cast in 100+ chart shades or matched to your own reference.

Can I order Feather Relief in a custom colour?

Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Feather Relief 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). For trade and project orders we also do custom color matching to RAL, Pantone or NCS codes – tell us the shade and quantity and we will confirm lead time and arrange a sample in that colour.

How is Feather Relief installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?

Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate. The 15 mm relief is shallow enough to cut with a diamond blade and fit around sockets and openings, but set out a dry run first so the pattern lines up from the datum line.
