Product Description

Arch Geometry 3D Cement Wall Tile for Fireplace — a 20 mm relief tile in 125 × 125 mm modules, 64 pcs/m² coverage, 35 kg/m² installed. Cast in reinforced fine composite concrete and rated for interior and exterior walls, it ships factory-direct in 24 standard colours, with custom colour casting in 100+ chart shades (RAL / Pantone matching for trade projects). Free samples available.

Didot is built from a repeated arched geometry: each 125 × 125 mm module carries a semicircular arc that stands proud of the base plane and throws a clean, half-moon shadow. Around a fireplace, that arched geometry gives the surround a classical cadence without the weight of carved stone.

Design & Applications

The arch profile is symmetrical, so Didot can be stacked, offset or mirrored to create columns, friezes or a full field of repeating arcs. It suits interiors where a hard, mineral material needs to feel ordered and deliberate. Because the arch sits on a flush module, the pattern also turns a corner cleanly.

  • Fireplace surrounds and chimney breasts;
  • Kitchen splashbacks framed by joinery;
  • Restaurant and bar feature walls;
  • Exterior garden walls and courtyard screens.

If you want a tighter, curve-led rhythm at the same modular scale, the Wave 3D wall tile reads well alongside Didot.

Custom Colours – Any Shade from Our Colour Chart

Every LANDERY MOSAIC design can be custom-cast in 100+ colours from our studio colour chart: warm neutrals, beige and terracotta (KT series), cool greys (KB), brick reds (KR), ochre yellows (KY), dusty and saturated blues (KS / KA), sage greens (KG), taupe browns (KZ) and burnt oranges (KO). For architects, interior designers and shopfitting teams we offer custom colour matching – send a RAL, Pantone or NCS reference (or a physical sample) and we will cast the Arch Geometry relief in your project colour. Made-to-order production keeps the same reinforced fine composite concrete body and the same relief depth in every shade, so a bespoke colour never compromises the tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Arch Geometry tiles and how many do I need per square metre?

Each tile in the Arch Geometry 3D Cement Wall Tile range measures 125 × 125 mm and stands 20 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 64 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 640 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.

How heavy is Arch Geometry once it is on the wall?

One Arch Geometry tile weighs 0.55 kg and a finished square metre weighs 35 kg. At this weight the wall has to be sound and mechanically fixed — on stud partitions add bracing or a tile backer board before fixing, and check the substrate before ordering.

Can Arch Geometry be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?

The Arch Geometry 3D Cement Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

What colours does Arch Geometry come in, and can I order a sample first?

The Arch Geometry 3D Cement Wall Tile is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Need a shade that is not on the list? See the Custom Colours section above – this design can be cast in 100+ chart shades or matched to your own reference.

Can I order Arch Geometry in a custom colour?

Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Arch Geometry 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). For trade and project orders we also do custom color matching to RAL, Pantone or NCS codes – tell us the shade and quantity and we will confirm lead time and arrange a sample in that colour.

How is Arch Geometry installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?

Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate and press each tile firmly into the combed bed. Because the relief is 20 mm deep, set out a dry run first: the pattern only reads correctly when the modules line up, so work from a datum line and check level every few rows. Cut edges with a diamond blade.
