Half-arches in long, even rows give the Arched Lines 3D concrete wall tile the measured rhythm of a colonnade. The relief is shallow at 10 mm, so the arches read as crisp drawn curves rather than bulky sculpture, while the surface between them stays flat and even. Each tile in the Arched Lines 3D Concrete Wall Tile range measures 125 × 400 mm and stands 10 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 20 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 200 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.
How heavy is Arched Lines once it is on the wall?
One Arched Lines tile weighs 0.8 kg and a finished square metre weighs 16 kg. That is a light wall load: plastered masonry, tile backer board and a braced stud wall all carry it with a cement-based adhesive, so no special reinforcement is normally needed.

The Arched Lines 3D Concrete Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. How is Arched Lines installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?
Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate. The 10 mm relief is shallow enough to cut with a diamond blade and fit around sockets and openings, but set out a dry run first so the pattern lines up from the datum line.
