Water in slow motion: that is the impression a wavy grid of shallow grooves gives on the Wave Grid 3D concrete wall tile. The 100 × 400 mm module is long and narrow, encouraging either a quiet stacked layout or a deliberate offset. At 15 mm, the relief stays readable without heavy shadow. Stacked vertically, the same module tightens a long corridor and adds height to a low room, while a horizontal run reads as calm water.

Design & Applications

The wavy groove gives a living room wall a soft, continuous rhythm that sits comfortably behind low furniture and large screens. Its neutral geometry also makes it a reliable backdrop in offices and lobbies, where a wall needs interest but not distraction. Where a stronger curve is wanted, the Hourhand 3D wall tile can be introduced in the same room.

Custom Colours – Any Shade from Our Colour Chart

Every LANDERY MOSAIC design can be custom-cast in 100+ colours from our studio colour chart: warm neutrals, beige and terracotta (KT series), cool greys (KB), brick reds (KR), ochre yellows (KY), dusty and saturated blues (KS / KA), sage greens (KG), taupe browns (KZ) and burnt oranges (KO). For architects, interior designers and shopfitting teams we offer custom colour matching – send a RAL, Pantone or NCS reference (or a physical sample) and we will cast the Wave Grid relief in your project colour. Made-to-order production keeps the same reinforced fine composite concrete body and the same relief depth in every shade, so a bespoke colour never compromises the tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Wave Grid tiles and how many do I need per square metre?

Each tile in the Wave Grid 3D Concrete Wall Tile range measures 100 × 400 mm and stands 15 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 25 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 250 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.

How heavy is Wave Grid once it is on the wall?

One Wave Grid tile weighs 0.9 kg and a finished square metre weighs 22.5 kg. That sits in the medium range: use a cement-based adhesive rated for the load and make sure the substrate is flat and firmly bonded, with any hollow plaster removed first.

Can Wave Grid be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?

The Wave Grid 3D Concrete Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

What colours does Wave Grid come in, and can I order a sample first?

The Wave Grid 3D Concrete Wall Tile is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Need a shade that is not on the list? See the Custom Colours section above – this design can be cast in 100+ chart shades or matched to your own reference.

Can I order Wave Grid in a custom colour?

Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Wave Grid 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). For trade and project orders we also do custom color matching to RAL, Pantone or NCS codes – tell us the shade and quantity and we will confirm lead time and arrange a sample in that colour.

How is Wave Grid installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?

Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate. The 15 mm relief is shallow enough to cut with a diamond blade and fit around sockets and openings, but set out a dry run first so the pattern lines up from the datum line.
