Over-and-under strands of woven texture run through the Basket Weave 3D concrete wall tile, reviving a familiar textile in cement. The module is deliberately tiny at 50 × 100 mm, so a square meter takes 200 pieces to build the dense interlace. At 25 mm the weave has real depth. Seen from an angle, the strands overlap convincingly enough to read as fabric rather than stone.
Design & Applications
The woven texture is at home where a surface is seen close up, which makes backsplashes and vanity walls its natural setting. It also wraps columns and pilasters neatly, since the small modules follow curves and edges well. Each tile in the Basket Weave 3D Concrete Wall Tile range measures 50 × 100 mm and stands 25 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 200 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 2000 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.
How heavy is Basket Weave once it is on the wall?

The Basket Weave 3D Concrete Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. How is Basket Weave installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?
Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate and press each tile firmly into the combed bed. Because the relief is 25 mm deep, set out a dry run first: the pattern only reads correctly when the modules line up, so work from a datum line and check level every few rows. Cut edges with a diamond blade.
