True terrazzo is what you see on the Terrazzo Texture 3D concrete wall tile: a polished cement body crowded with stone chips in a natural, close-packed scatter. The format is mixed, pairing 96 × 96 mm squares with 96 × 292 mm planks so a wall alternates between grid and band. Terrazzo Texture is a stone-effect tile with real aggregate depth. No two chips sit alike, so the wall gains a quiet, natural variation that plain cement cannot match.
Design & Applications
The combined square-and-plank format gives a designer two rhythms in one tile, useful for bathrooms where floor-to-ceiling cladding can otherwise look monotonous. The polished face is easy to wipe, which suits wet areas and vanity walls in particular. How is Terrazzo Texture installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?
Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate. The 15 mm relief is shallow enough to cut with a diamond blade and fit around sockets and openings, but set out a dry run first so the pattern lines up from the datum line.
