Finishes & Ordering
The panel is made in 24 standard colours, which allows a facade to be toned to neighbouring brick, render or metalwork without a separate finish. Panels are cast factory-direct in our workshop and supplied by the square metre, so elevations are quoted and packed as complete runs. Send us your elevation drawing and we will arrange a sample panel for physical review.

What size are Large Format tiles and how many do I need per square metre?
Each tile in the Large Format 3D Cement Wall Panel range measures 600 × 1600 mm and stands 20 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 1.67 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 17 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.
How heavy is Large Format once it is on the wall?
One Large Format tile weighs 20 kg and a finished square metre weighs 33 kg. At this weight the wall has to be sound and mechanically fixed — on stud partitions add bracing or a tile backer board before fixing, and check the substrate before ordering.
Can Large Format be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?
The Large Format 3D Cement Wall Panel is made from Eco cement + plant fiber and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.
What colours does Large Format come in, and can I order a sample first?
The Large Format 3D Cement Wall Panel is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Can I order Large Format in a custom colour?
Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Large Format 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). How is Large Format installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?
Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate and press each tile firmly into the combed bed. Because the relief is 20 mm deep, set out a dry run first: the pattern only reads correctly when the modules line up, so work from a datum line and check level every few rows. Cut edges with a diamond blade.
