Product Description

Alpine Peak 3D Concrete Wall Tile for Fireplace — a 38 mm relief tile in 200 × 200 mm modules, 25 pcs/m² coverage, 35 kg/m² installed. Cast in reinforced fine composite concrete and rated for interior and exterior walls, it ships factory-direct in 24 standard colours, with custom colour casting in 100+ chart shades (RAL / Pantone matching for trade projects). Free samples available.

MONTBLANC presses a jagged alpine snow peak into each square face, so a wall assembled from it reads as a horizon of mountain ridges rather than a repeating graphic. The deepest cut runs through the middle of every module and feathers outward to the edges, which lets the relief carry a fireplace surround instead of merely covering it. At 38 mm the shadow line changes through the day and under warm downlights, making this the most sculptural piece in the alpine group.

Design & Applications

Because the ridge crest sits high in the module, Alpine Peak suits vertical surfaces meant to be looked at rather than walked past. Twenty-five tiles cover a square metre, so a full-height chimney breast can align the peak line deliberately across the whole field. Designers who need a calmer neighbour for it often pair the alpine relief with the Window Relief 3D wall tile for living room, whose shallow frame keeps the mountain silhouette dominant.

  • Fireplace and chimney-breast cladding in living rooms
  • Hotel lobby walls behind the reception desk
  • Restaurant banquette walls lit by grazing spotlights
  • Exterior entrance walls and porticos built to take 35 kg/m²

Finishes & Ordering

The alpine peak tile is cast in 24 standard colours, from glacier blue-white through warm sand to deep graphite, all from the same mould so the depth never varies. Every order leaves our own UHPC workshop factory-direct, keeping the relief matching across a single production run. Send wall dimensions or a photo of the room and we will post a sample box for your inspection.

Custom Colours – Any Shade from Our Colour Chart

Every LANDERY MOSAIC design can be custom-cast in 100+ colours from our studio colour chart: warm neutrals, beige and terracotta (KT series), cool greys (KB), brick reds (KR), ochre yellows (KY), dusty and saturated blues (KS / KA), sage greens (KG), taupe browns (KZ) and burnt oranges (KO). For architects, interior designers and shopfitting teams we offer custom colour matching – send a RAL, Pantone or NCS reference (or a physical sample) and we will cast the Alpine Peak relief in your project colour. Made-to-order production keeps the same reinforced fine composite concrete body and the same relief depth in every shade, so a bespoke colour never compromises the tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Alpine Peak tiles and how many do I need per square metre?

Each tile in the Alpine Peak 3D Concrete Wall Tile range measures 200 × 200 mm and stands 38 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 25 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 250 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.

How heavy is Alpine Peak once it is on the wall?

One Alpine Peak tile weighs 1.4 kg and a finished square metre weighs 35 kg. At this weight the wall has to be sound and mechanically fixed — on stud partitions add bracing or a tile backer board before fixing, and check the substrate before ordering.

Can Alpine Peak be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?

The Alpine Peak 3D Concrete Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

What colours does Alpine Peak come in, and can I order a sample first?

The Alpine Peak 3D Concrete Wall Tile is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Need a shade that is not on the list? See the Custom Colours section above – this design can be cast in 100+ chart shades or matched to your own reference.

Can I order Alpine Peak in a custom colour?

Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Alpine Peak 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). For trade and project orders we also do custom color matching to RAL, Pantone or NCS codes – tell us the shade and quantity and we will confirm lead time and arrange a sample in that colour.

How is Alpine Peak installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?

Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate and press each tile firmly into the combed bed. Because the relief is 38 mm deep, set out a dry run first: the pattern only reads correctly when the modules line up, so work from a datum line and check level every few rows. Cut edges with a diamond blade.
