Dune Relief 3D Concrete Wall Tile for Outdoor — a 18 mm relief tile in 100 × 400 mm modules, 25 pcs/m² coverage, 25 kg/m² installed. Cast in reinforced fine composite concrete and rated for interior and exterior walls, it ships factory-direct in 24 standard colours, with custom colour casting in 100+ chart shades (RAL / Pantone matching for trade projects). Dune breaks a 100 × 400 mm plank into offset angles, so a long wall gathers a drifting, wind-cut face rather than a flat panel. The plank's 18 mm relief runs across its width, and every module can be turned to angle the ridge lines with or against its neighbours. That simple turn is what makes Dune work outdoors, where sun, rain and distance all soften fine detail.
Design & Applications
Twenty-five planks cover a square metre, and the offset-angle modern relief tolerates long horizontal courses across a facade without repeating obviously. The format is stable enough for exterior walls, so garden walls, garage faces and boundary screens are all reasonable specifications. Planks leave our workshop factory-direct, giving exterior projects a consistent face across several elevations. How is Dune Relief installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?
Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate. The 18 mm relief is shallow enough to cut with a diamond blade and fit around sockets and openings, but set out a dry run first so the pattern lines up from the datum line.
