Product Description

Undulating Waves 3D Cement Wall Tile for Outdoor — a 30 mm relief tile in 57 × 197 mm modules, 115 pcs/m² coverage, 46 kg/m² installed. Cast in reinforced fine composite concrete and rated for interior and exterior walls, it ships factory-direct in 24 standard colours, with custom colour casting in 100+ chart shades (RAL / Pantone matching for trade projects). Free samples available.

Bold5 builds its surface from 57 mm strips that undulate in a soft, regular rhythm, giving an outdoor wall a moving, wave-like profile. The undulating wave reads as a sculpted ripple rather than flat cladding, and it holds up well to weather and strong sunlight.

Design & Applications

Because the undulating wave is medium-scale, it looks textured but not busy across large elevations, making it efficient for bigger outdoor surfaces. The same profile also works indoors where a wall needs gentle movement. The strips are light piece by piece, so generous elevations can be clad without excessive load, and the repeated curve hides minor alignment differences across a long wall.

  • Exterior facades and garden walls;
  • Pool surrounds and covered terraces;
  • Driveway and boundary screens;
  • Restaurant terraces and outdoor bars.

Pair it with the finer Bold2 3D wall tile where you want two wave scales in one scheme.

Custom Colours – Any Shade from Our Colour Chart

Every LANDERY MOSAIC design can be custom-cast in 100+ colours from our studio colour chart: warm neutrals, beige and terracotta (KT series), cool greys (KB), brick reds (KR), ochre yellows (KY), dusty and saturated blues (KS / KA), sage greens (KG), taupe browns (KZ) and burnt oranges (KO). For architects, interior designers and shopfitting teams we offer custom colour matching – send a RAL, Pantone or NCS reference (or a physical sample) and we will cast the Undulating Waves relief in your project colour. Made-to-order production keeps the same reinforced fine composite concrete body and the same relief depth in every shade, so a bespoke colour never compromises the tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Undulating Waves tiles and how many do I need per square metre?

Each tile in the Undulating Waves 3D Cement Wall Tile range measures 57 × 197 mm and stands 30 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 115 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 1150 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.

How heavy is Undulating Waves once it is on the wall?

One Undulating Waves tile weighs 0.4 kg and a finished square metre weighs 46 kg. At this weight the wall has to be sound and mechanically fixed — on stud partitions add bracing or a tile backer board before fixing, and check the substrate before ordering.

Can Undulating Waves be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?

The Undulating Waves 3D Cement Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

What colours does Undulating Waves come in, and can I order a sample first?

The Undulating Waves 3D Cement Wall Tile is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Need a shade that is not on the list? See the Custom Colours section above – this design can be cast in 100+ chart shades or matched to your own reference.

Can I order Undulating Waves in a custom colour?

Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Undulating Waves 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). For trade and project orders we also do custom color matching to RAL, Pantone or NCS codes – tell us the shade and quantity and we will confirm lead time and arrange a sample in that colour.

How is Undulating Waves installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?

Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate and press each tile firmly into the combed bed. Because the relief is 30 mm deep, set out a dry run first: the pattern only reads correctly when the modules line up, so work from a datum line and check level every few rows. Cut edges with a diamond blade.
