Product Description

Shattered Brick 3D Cement Wall Tile for Feature Wall — a 12 mm relief tile in 150 × 220 mm modules, 30.3 pcs/m² coverage, 16.4 kg/m² installed. Cast in reinforced fine composite concrete and rated for interior and exterior walls, it ships factory-direct in 24 standard colours, with custom colour casting in 100+ chart shades (RAL / Pantone matching for trade projects). Free samples available.

Blocco takes the familiar brick coursing and breaks it apart. Every 150 × 220 mm module carries a shattered brick stacking relief, in which block shapes appear split, offset and re-fused into one cast surface. The wall reads as masonry that has been fractured and reset, so it keeps a built, structural character while the shadow lines stay deliberately irregular.

Design & Applications

At 12 mm the relief stays shallow enough for Blocco to stack into a continuous brick field without swallowing the wall plane. Install it coursed for a calm architectural rhythm, or rotate alternate modules so the shattered joins wander across the surface. A finer organic counterpart sits in Leaf Vein Relief 3D wall tile if a softer texture is needed on an adjoining wall.

Finishes & Ordering

Blocco is produced in 24 standard colours, from pale cement greys through to deep oxidized tones, and every order is supplied factory-direct from our own UHPC casting line. Colour samples are free to request, so the shattered brick stacking relief can be checked against your own lighting before a full elevation is committed.

Custom Colours – Any Shade from Our Colour Chart

Every LANDERY MOSAIC design can be custom-cast in 100+ colours from our studio colour chart: warm neutrals, beige and terracotta (KT series), cool greys (KB), brick reds (KR), ochre yellows (KY), dusty and saturated blues (KS / KA), sage greens (KG), taupe browns (KZ) and burnt oranges (KO). For architects, interior designers and shopfitting teams we offer custom colour matching – send a RAL, Pantone or NCS reference (or a physical sample) and we will cast the Shattered Brick relief in your project colour. Made-to-order production keeps the same reinforced fine composite concrete body and the same relief depth in every shade, so a bespoke colour never compromises the tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Shattered Brick tiles and how many do I need per square metre?

Each tile in the Shattered Brick 3D Cement Wall Tile range measures 150 × 220 mm and stands 12 mm proud of the wall. Coverage is 30.3 pcs/m², so a 10 m² feature wall needs about 303 tiles. Allow an extra 8–10% for cuts at corners, openings and the end of each run.

How heavy is Shattered Brick once it is on the wall?

One Shattered Brick tile weighs 0.54 kg and a finished square metre weighs 16.4 kg. That is a light wall load: plastered masonry, tile backer board and a braced stud wall all carry it with a cement-based adhesive, so no special reinforcement is normally needed.

Can Shattered Brick be used outdoors, in a bathroom or on a shower wall?

The Shattered Brick 3D Cement Wall Tile is made from Reinforced Fine Composite Concrete (UHPC) and is rated for both interior and exterior walls. In bathrooms and other wet areas, tank the substrate and seal the joints behind the tile, and keep direct shower spray off the relief. For exposed facades, tell us the project location when you enquire so the fixing, sealing and freeze–thaw detail can be specified for that climate.

What colours does Shattered Brick come in, and can I order a sample first?

The Shattered Brick 3D Cement Wall Tile is produced in 24 standard colours: 60T WHITE, 10C BEIGE, 5C GREY, 10C GREY, 30C GREY, 10T GREEN, 30C BEIGE, 30C BLUE, 10G PINK, 5G BRICK, ELEPHANT EAR, CAMEL, LOESS, REDDENED EARTH, MT-SILVER, MT-GOLD, MT-BROWN, MT-COFFEE, MT-BLACK, MT-GREEN, MT-FRUIT-GREEN, MT-WATER-BLUE, MT-D-BLUE and MT-WINE-RED. The same tone reads lighter or deeper depending on how the light rakes across the relief, so order a sample tile before committing to a full wall; samples ship from stock and can be ordered one colour at a time. Need a shade that is not on the list? See the Custom Colours section above – this design can be cast in 100+ chart shades or matched to your own reference.

Can I order Shattered Brick in a custom colour?

Yes. Beyond the standard palette, the Shattered Brick 3D Cement Wall Tile can be cast in any of the 100+ shades on the LANDERY colour chart – beige and terracotta (KT), grey (KB), brick red (KR), ochre yellow (KY), blue (KS / KA), green (KG), taupe (KZ) and orange (KO). For trade and project orders we also do custom color matching to RAL, Pantone or NCS codes – tell us the shade and quantity and we will confirm lead time and arrange a sample in that colour.

How is Shattered Brick installed, and how do I keep the pattern aligned?

Fix with a cement-based tile adhesive on a flat, primed substrate. The 12 mm relief is shallow enough to cut with a diamond blade and fit around sockets and openings, but set out a dry run first so the pattern lines up from the datum line.
